Our Breakfast
Breakfasts at Lowerfield Farm have been awarded the coveted 'enjoyEngland Breakfast Award' for their quality. We have received this award continuously since its inception in 2010, and were delighted to receive this once again in our most recent inspection in Feb. 2016. As well as our extensive and acclaimed Full English, we offer bagels and muffins with smoked salmon, ham or a variety of eggs. We are more than happy to be flexible with our breakfast ingredients to offer you your preferred combination. We also offer American-style pancakes, with cream and bananas, bacon, or maple syrup. Vegetarian options are no problem, and with some notice we can also cater for celiacs or gluten allergies. Our ingredients are fresh and include our own home-baked bread, meaty pork sausages from our own rare breed pigs, our own bacon and ham (when available), and fresh free-range hen or duck eggs from our own flock. We have honey products from our own hives and also regularly offer home-made jams. We have a level 5 (Very Good) grading from the Food Standards Agency.
Eating Out
We are blessed with many very good eating places in the local area. In addition many of the local pubs still retain their character and have resisted the temptation to move to a corporate standard. In Willersey, just a mile up the road from us, there are two local pubs that serve food - the New Inn and the Bell Inn. In Broadway there are some excellent restaurants and pubs, and a wide range of good eating places in Chipping Campden. Other local villages have charming pubs, including the first National Trust pub in the country at Bretforton in the Vale of Evesham - the Fleece Inn. We will be delighted to recommend suitable eating places to you when you arrive, and book them for you if required. If you would like to have information to book something in advance, please do get in contact with us.
