TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Credit card details are required at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Deposit payments can be taken if preferred and may be requested for certain bookings.
Our terms are that should you cancel the booking more than 2 weeks in advance of your scheduled arrival date no cancellation payment is required.
For cancellations within 2 weeks of the scheduled arrival date we would deduct the cost of the first night.
The total value of the booking will be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 72 hours notice.
We do make every effort to re-book rooms in the event of a cancellation and commit to refunding the full amount at which we are able to re-let the room(s).
[NB. The proportion of any deposit required or the period to cancellation may vary for whole house bookings or for specific events, etc., but any variation from these policies would be confirmed in writing beforehand.]
To make a cancellation you would be required to call us on +44 (0)1386 858273 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. (Credit / debit card details may be required to arrange for refund of any deposits).
Please note that any subsequent amendment to this booking must be confirmed in writing by us, even if agreed verbally.

Check-in is generally between 16:00 to 18:00. Later check-in is generally no problem. Early check-in by arrangement only.
We are a no smoking property throughout, though guests may smoke in the gardens.
Pets are not permitted inside the property.
Bookings including children are welcome for children above age 6.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT CHARGE
For payments at time of check-out there is a processing charge of 2% for credit cards or overseas debit cards (we do not accept American Express). There is no charge for payments by UK debit cards, cash or UK bank cheque.
Payment is generally taken on departure.
